First, most of our furniture's design are from the greatest designers in the world, e.g. Eileen Gray, Arne Jacobsen, Le Corbusier, Isamu Noguchi, Charles & Ray Eames, Verner Panton, etc. You like their designs so you are interest in our products. Regarding the finishing and materials used, we use the best materials for our products and we follow their original designs. That's why we supply huge quantity of our furnitures to Europe and USA. Our foam can comply with the UK safety standard, which is the highest standard in the world. Italian leather or more deluxe aniline leather are our choices for our products. We tends to offer the finest quality on the market.
You can inspect our products in our flagship store in The Arcade at Cyberport, Pokfulam, Hong Kong and another store at Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We can share the experience of these furniture artwork and check the leather, foam, stainless steel, fiberglass and finishing here. We can discuss your needs as well.

3. What is your warranty?
 

We are proud of our high quality control standard and high acceptance from our oversea customers. To provide our customers with 100% confidence on our products, we offer product exchange if defect is proved. Customers just need to report the defect(s) to us by phone on (852) 2377 9592 or email at info@jmstyle.com.hk within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
We will contact you within one working day - it is our performance pledge. We will inspect the defect(s) and arrange the product exchange immediately when the defect is proved. Product must be kept in original condition, unused with original packaging & sales receipt. Customers is required to bear the delivery cost.

Remarks:
1. Exchange shall not applied to tailor made items and displayed items.
2. No cash will be refunded.

4. Will you assemble the furniture?
 

Yes, we will. Our delivery charge includes the assembly service.

5. What are the delivery charges?
  Delivery is free for an order of HK$10,000 or more for non-outlying Islands. For order less than HK$10,000, the following delivery charges apply:

HK Island, Kowloon, Tung Chung Town,
Park Island and the New Territories

General Terms & Conditions :
Should deliveries be made to a quayside or pier on Hong Kong Island or in Kowloon, the customer shall be responsible for arranging sea transport and loading / unloading, and paying for any charges thus incurred. All rescheduling of delivery must be made 4 days before the scheduled delivery date.
With the exception of deliveries to outlying islands, an administration fee of $150 will be charged for delivery order re-scheduling made on the day before the delivery date or due to no one being at home to receive the order. And the re-scheduled delivery date should be at least three days after the re-schedule request.
All items will be arranged for delivery within 4 - 8 weeks from date of purchase.
The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, or when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged.

#Outlying Islands Delivery Service :
• Outlying Islands refer to Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau. Each island is with a designated delivery date.
• Outlying Islands Delivery Service charge covers addresses only within a 50m parameter of the unloading point and of flats not higher than the 3rd floor without elevators. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, surcharge is required as follows (on a per delivery address basis) : (a) $150 for delivery address between 50m and 100m; (b) $200 for delivery address between 100m and 200m; (c) $300 for delivery address for over 200m. Where deliveries have to be made through the balcony, each item of product will be charged $200. For flats on the 4th floor or above, there will be additional delivery charge of $40 for each level up.
All rescheduling of delivery must be made 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, a double delivery charge will be incurred.
Delivery failure due to no one answering the door upon the arrival of goods at the appointed time, or to circumstantial limitations such as the entrance or the balcony being too small, will require a rescheduled delivery and therefore incur double delivery charges.
