Fred Chan is a Hong Kong interior designer with over two decades of experience in luxury residential design, high-end interiors and large-scale property development projects. His approach brings together refined aesthetics, thoughtful functionality and a deep understanding of how the built environment can enhance everyday living and wellbeing.

Born and raised in Happy Valley, Hong Kong, Fred developed a passion for design from an early age. He studied at Rosaryhill School, King’s College, First Institute of Art & Design, and City University of Hong Kong, with a focus on architecture, environmental and interior design. This multidisciplinary background shaped his understanding of space, proportion, materials and the relationship between people and their surroundings.

Since 1999, Fred has worked on a diverse portfolio of luxury residences, boutique residential developments, property projects and international brand environments across Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas markets.
