Fred Chan

Mr. Fred Chan is a renowned interior designer in Hong Kong. He studied at First Institute of Art & Design College and City University of Hong Kong, also majoring in Architecture study, Environment and Interior Design.

In 1999, Fred founded GPC Design, providing professional design services to various clients. His work has received recognition from clients due to his solid experience and unique design concepts as well as his sound advice on the design of the projects. In 2000, Fred set up branch FSC in Shenzhen and the company’s business keeps growing. The first project that the company successfully launched is Laguna Verona, a residential project developed by Tycoon Li’s corporation Hutchison Whampoa in Dongguan. In a few years, the company’s has built foothold in more than 10 cities, including Hong Kong, Macau and China. The company has worked with many famous developers, to name a few, Hutchison Whampoa Property, New World Development, Concord Group Limited, Kowloon Development Company Ltd, Pengji group,Sino Group, Holy Lake Group , Shanghai Tian Yi , Seaport group ,Yamada Miyura, Crabtree & Evelyn,1000 Colors, Kang Mei pharmaceutical, Xiyue medical beauty, Pengai Hospital Management Group, LERDO,SIEMENS.

With solid experience and perseverance, Fred has completed many outstanding projects through his unique design concepts. He has won numerous industry awards and has been interviewed by media in Hong Kong and China, showcasing his accomplishments in the interior design industry. He has also won the Most Valuable Companies in Hong Kong (2017).

With over 25 years of experience, Fred has successfully completed more than 1,000 projects in a diverse array of industries. Design begins with people’s lives and lifestyles reflect the changing needs and the use of space contribute to the sustainable growth of businesses.
