Accuracy of content

JMStyle has taken every care in the preparation of the content appearing on this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. We make every effort to display the colour of the furniture as accurately as possible. In case of any dispute, JMS Group (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

If you place an order online, we will email you an invoice and confirmation of your order, normally within 24 hours. It is important that you appreciate and understand that this order is a legally binding contract. Please feel free to call us if you have any query.

 

Product Specifications

The details and designs of our products are constantly changing and we reserve the right to change the specification of our products without prior notice in relation to future sales. You should check our website for details. Products supplied to you may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. Unless agreed with you, the products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance. Any significant variations will be notified to you. The measurements of all products provided are as accurate as possible, but some slight variances may apply. Some self-assembly may be required on certain products.

 

Product Quality

Any questions regarding product quality shall be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt of product. Exchange shall not apply to tailor made and display items. No cash will be refunded. We offer a one-year guarantee for all hardware. Normal wear and tear and damage(s) to the product or tailor made items are not covered under this warranty.

The colour and pattern of the furniture may vary slightly because of natural wood and/or real leather components.

Metallic furniture shall be used in a room with low humidity and stable temperature and away from sunlight to avoid corrosion or metal fatigue.

 

Delivery

  1. Driveway and / or Car Park Customers shall ensure that the driveway and/or the car park of destination shall have a comfortable margin of maneuverability for delivery truck. JMStyle takes no responsibility for driveway and/or car park conditions. If the final point of destination is not accessible for trucks, our delivery team shall transport the item(s) to the nearest accessible point and unload. Any additional fees that are incurred to complete delivery such as manpower to handle the item(s) and car park/gate fees, etc. shall be reimbursed by the customer. In such an event, customer is required to give oral consent to our delivery team to complete delivery to the final destination and agreeing to pay any additional fee(s), if applicable. Should customers choose to handle the item(s) themselves, JMStyle shall not be liable for any damage(s) caused to the item(s) during such transit.

Stairways: If your delivery involves carrying items up stairs, a slight surcharge of $50 per 10 steps per item. Please let us know when placing your order as this may alter the delivery and please make us aware exactly how many stairs/steps, failing to inform us can prolong delivery.

 

Margin of Maneuverability

Customers should take note of the size and dimensions of the item(s) prior to ordering and ensure everything will fit in the designated location, as well as through all entrance passages and elevators by a comfortable margin. If there is insufficient margin of maneuverability in doorways, hallways, elevators and staircases, etc., JMStyle shall not be responsible for any damage(s) that could result when moving the item(s) or attempting placement. Any additional fees that are incurred to complete the delivery will be charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient space for the item(s) ordered, therefore, cancellations due to insufficient room cannot be accepted. If our delivery team is required to handle the item(s) up staircases to complete delivery, additional handling fee is to be quoted on a case by case basis. In such an event, customer is required to give oral consent to our delivery team to complete delivery to the final destination and paying additional fee(s), if applicable.

 

Re-Delivery

If a scheduled delivery is cancelled/refused, or no one is available to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee shall be charged.

 

Self Pick Up and Installation

Installation shall not be provided for item(s) that is/are picked up by customers for ease of transportation and to avoid the possibility of any damage(s) during transportation. Installation shall also not be provided for light fixtures with the exception of the Arco Floor Lamp, in which case a 12 x 8 ft of free space is needed for installation of the lamp.
